Description
Rooted in tradition, the Divankhaneh pouf takes inspiration from the Divankhane — a hall of presence and ceremony within the Shirvanshahs’ Palace complex in Icherisheher. Presented by CHELEBI, this sculptural piece reflects heritage through form and detail. Carved from solid wood, its shape echoes the monument’s timeless geometry, while the upholstered cushion in a bold pomegranate red — embroidered with intricate patterns inspired by traditional kelaghayi stamping — bridges Azerbaijani artisanal legacy with contemporary design.
